Ed is a very active and sociable single man with no children or pets and resides in Bowling Green, KY. He volunteers in many groups and has advance degrees in the health sciences.

He is seeking a male or female waiver participant to add to his family. He is open to supporting a range of needs from fully independent to full care. Ed is a non-smoker but would allow someone to smoke outside. He likes to cook and take walks. He is open to just about any activity.

Tiasha is an independent, single mother of two children that currently live with her. She is looking for an independent, female to become a part of her family. Tiasha would like to share her active lifestyle with a goal-oriented lady. Although Tiasha is very active, she likes to go with the flow. Whether it is being active at a WKU football game or relaxing and watching a good movie with a bowl of popcorn. She is very considerate and empathetic. She is looking for someone similar to add to her growing family.

Beau is a compassionate, married man with a child that lives at home. He has twenty years of experience working in this field with a wide variety that includes residential, day training, and community living supports. Beau and his family are easy going and laid back. They enjoy various activities such as music, movies, and reading; but enjoy church and family gatherings more than anything. He is also a published writer and loves to joke. Beau is looking for a sociable and upbeat person to add to his family.

Rosa is a very kind and compassionate, married woman that has 36 years of experience as an FHP and can't envision doing anything else. She enjoys every minute of it because she feels helping others is her purpose. She is very active and family oriented. She has many family functions throughout the year. Rosa enjoys a wide variety of activities from going on vacation to simply roasting marshmallows on a cool crisp night.

Rosa currently has one male and one female waiver participant living with her. She has no preference on the gender of another waiver participant joining her family. She simply requests that they are open to love and being loved as a part of their family.

Activities and hobbies include: cooking out, picnics, swimming, vacations, family functions.

Grace is a sweet lady that is in a place in her life where she wants to enjoy life and affect others in a positive way. She is a single woman with no children or pets and resides in Bowling Green KY. Grace has nine years of experience as an FHP. Currently, a female waiver participant calls this home.

Grace likes to cook and take walks. She is open to just about any activity. Grace is looking for a female participant to add to her family.

Ladonna is a compassionate, single parent of two children and resides in Bowling Green KY. Ladonna is seeking a male or female waiver participant to add to her growing family. A male waiver participant currently calls this home as well. Ladonna has five years of experience as an FHP and has a real passion for helping others.

She also has an adorable poodle that loves to play. Ladonna does not mind if a participant is a smoker if they smoke outside. Ladonna is also highly active and enjoys site seeing, community activities, music and family nights.

Kayleigh is an extremely sweet lady that is seeking to provide support to a new participant as an addition to her current family. She is a single parent of two small boys and resides in Auburn KY. Currently, another female waiver participant resides with her. Kayleigh is open to supporting a range of needs from fully independent to total care. She has fifteen years of experience as an FHP.

Kayleigh has two outside cats and does not mind if a participant has a small, caged pet. She is not a smoker but would allow someone to smoke outside. She enjoys cooking and doing activities as a family, such as arts & crafts and cook outs.

Her main request is that the waiver participant be able to get along with children.

Cory and his partner Adam have two beautiful dogs and a cat. Cory has been a foster parent in the past and absolutely loved being a positive impact for someone. Cory and Adam are very energetic people that like to go to festivals and other community events. They also enjoy relaxing at night at home as a family. Cory lives in Alvaton, KY which is close to Bowling Green, KY. Cory and Adam are looking to share their home with a fun-loving female in hopes of making a positive impact in her life and becoming a part of their family.
