Jakayla is a single mother of a young daughter. They enjoy family time and attending church on Sundays and Wednesdays. Jakayla describes herself as a laid back person who loves family, going on vacation, visiting different restaurants, and cooking/baking in her spare time. Tiasha is an independent, single mother of two children that currently live with her. She is looking for an independent, female to become a part of her family. Tiasha would like to share her active lifestyle with a goal-oriented lady. Although Tiasha is very active, she likes to go with the flow. Whether it is being active at a WKU football game or relaxing and watching a good movie with a bowl of popcorn. She is very considerate and empathetic. She is looking for someone similar to add to her growing family.

Beau is a compassionate, married man with a child that lives at home. He has twenty years of experience working in this field with a wide variety that includes residential, day training, and community living supports. Beau and his family are easy going and laid back. Rosa is a very kind and compassionate, married woman that has 36 years of experience as an FHP and can't envision doing anything else. She enjoys every minute of it because she feels helping others is her purpose. She is very active and family oriented. She has many family functions throughout the year. Rosa enjoys a wide variety of activities from going on vacation to simply roasting marshmallows on a cool crisp night.

Rosa currently has one male and one female waiver participant living with her. She has no preference on the gender of another waiver participant joining her family. She simply requests that they are open to love and being loved as a part of their family.

Activities and hobbies include: cooking out, picnics, swimming, vacations, family functions.

Romyale is a very compassionate, married woman, with two teenagers that reside in Fishersville, KY. She has ten years of experience as an FHP and thirty years of experience in the healthcare field. Currently, another female SCL waiver participant resides with her. Romyale is seeking a male or female participant to include with her family. She does request that the participant enjoy the company of teenagers since she has two teenage children living with her.

She enjoys a wide variety of activities, but most of all, Romyale enjoys spending family time together. She enjoys shopping, cooking, reading, movies, picnics, & community events. She is extremely excited about making a positive impact on whomever chooses to accept her love and become part of her family.

Peggy is a passionate widow that has a twelve-year-old daughter that lives with her and resides in Louisville KY. Peggy is actively seeking a male or female participant join her family. She is an inside smoker and does not mind if anyone else smokes. Peggy is open to performing personal care as needed. She has two years of experience as a family home provider.

Peggy enjoys gardening, canning food, crafts, and festivals. She is also an avid animal lover. She currently has five dogs and is open to others in the home having a small animal.

Bertina is a very active single woman with one small child. She resides in Louisville KY. Bertina has thirteen years of experience as an FHP and currently another female waiver participant calls this home. Bertina is looking for a male or female waiver participant that is active, kind spirited, and is open to be helped to be successful in life and to become a part of her family.

Bertina’s passion is to advocate for people who are unable to advocate for themselves. She does not have any pets and does not smoke; however, others are welcome to smoke outside. Bertina loves volunteering, cooking, music, and nature walks.

Ladonna is a compassionate, single parent of two children and resides in Bowling Green KY. Ladonna is seeking a male or female waiver participant to add to her growing family. A male waiver participant currently calls this home as well. Ladonna has five years of experience as an FHP and has a real passion for helping others.

She also has an adorable poodle that loves to play. Ladonna does not mind if a participant is a smoker if they smoke outside. Ladonna is also highly active and enjoys site seeing, community activities, music and family nights.

Kayleigh is an extremely sweet lady that is seeking to provide support to a new participant as an addition to her current family. She is a single parent of two small boys and resides in Auburn KY. Currently, another female waiver participant resides with her. Kayleigh is open to supporting a range of needs from fully independent to total care. She has fifteen years of experience as an FHP.

Kayleigh has two outside cats and does not mind if a participant has a small, caged pet. She is not a smoker but would allow someone to smoke outside. She enjoys cooking and doing activities as a family, such as arts & crafts and cook outs.

Her main request is that the waiver participant be able to get along with children.

Tabatha is married and lives in Harrodsburg KY. Tabatha currently has two grown children and five grandchildren. Tabatha and her husband Ben are very family oriented, and they have a cute Maltese dog named Princess. They are very active and take several vacations a year; whether it’s renting a cabin for the weekend or going to the beach for a week. Tabatha’s family is very close knit and they have regular family functions such as family dinners and cookouts. Tabatha has twenty-six years of experience in the field. Tabatha is looking for an energetic participant to add to her growing family.
